Upon looking for a place to rent in BG almost a 4 years ago, we came across Almar Property Management. I have had nothing but great experience with them. If things are broken in the house that we are renting, I just have to put in a maintenance request and it is taken care of the very next day. They are super friendly and understanding if things happen to pop up in your life. I can't wait to extend my lease with them as I love renting from them.

This is a wonderful rental agency! The best in Bowling Green! I've rented two different apartments from Almar over the years in BG, and they have been just great to work with. They are very fair, very flexible and the rent is reasonable. They are also one of the few rental agencies that allow pets without having to go through a big hassle. I plan to stay with Almar until the time comes for me to buy a house. There's just no reason to look elsewhere, this place is the best!

I was in a bind for finding housing when I first moved to Bowling Green. Thankfully we came across Almar Properties. They were incredibly helpful and willing to work with our situation moving in from out of state to start school at BGSU. Almar is by far the BEST rental property management company in Bowling Green. They are extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating.
